Made a pre order for a delivery for given time but it arrived late. Not sure what the point of fix time offer is if it is not met.

(Ordered off Deliveroo)

Punctual delivery - the staff deliver the food themselves.

Crispy aromatic duck leg came pre-sliced with no bones, seasoned nicely and was very tender. The dim sum selection (although pricey) was very tasty, would definitely order both items again.

I'm not too sure about the satay chicken. Suspect a different poultry meat but sauce was okay and rice well cooked and fluffy. Quick delivery. Cash only.

My experience Wow let's start used to order all the time.
Thought to give them another chance but
Just spent a good 35 quid and the food was poor quality oily and it was like heating up food the next morning.
Salt and pepper chicken was brick hard crispy chilli beef was swimming in sauce but still not crunchy but hard do I say anymore.
Mini vegetable spring rolls I had to cook further in my air fryer to make crispy and chips and its Thursday.
I will never order from them again 😒 sorry to say.
